One warm Arabian night whilst on a trip in Dubai somehow I ended up with a catering team hosting a Canadian Christmas party. I made eggnog for 100+ people for the first time in my life. After tasting it all the Chefs named me The Lord of The Eggnog. I was told I have made the best eggnog anyone ever tasted. ___ Random --> More than cooking I enjoy eating good food. I'm Latvian. Use Google Earth to locate Latvia. I eat spicy kimchi at 4am, use my friends kitchens as they would be America's Test Kitchen, dabble with Korean language, swim in quite cold water, have a 5lb dog who eats only medium rare steak, collect Starbucks City mugs, enjoy the scent of linden tree blossoms. I eat only handmade pasta cooked al dente and despise cilantro.
